- Payment timing
- Payment is made at the time of booking. The payment must be completed within 30 minutes of booking confirmation.
- Service delivery
- Accommodation services are provided from the check-in date of your reservation.
- Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions.
- • Free cancellation if cancelled within 48 hours of booking confirmation and at least 14 days before check-in (full refund).
- • 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in time (local time).
- • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or for early check-out.
