As this may cause noise or other inconveniences beyond my control, please be aware of this when making a booking. Please note that refunds or cancellations will not be offered due to such noise or inconveniences. * The Hotel Business Act requires us to collect information about our guests. This is a wonderful place to stay in the Ueno area. We traveled as a family of four and found the space comfortable and well-suited to our needs. There was plenty of room and privacy when desired. The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as pictured. We would gladly stay here again.

Han was a great host - very responsive and friendly and was able to accommodate our requests for flexible checkin as well as hold our baggage after checkout, which helped a lot since we were traveling with lots of bags! The place was also very clean, quiet, and comfortable with every room having its own a/c controls and a separate bathroom/toilet so that people could get ready in parallel. It's also a short walk from Ueno station and all that there is to do there, and its about a 1 minute walk from a Family Mart. Great stay and would recommend!
