-Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house.
-The building's residents, unit owners, or management may conduct renovation or repair work from time to time. As this may cause noise or other inconveniences beyond my control, please be aware of this when making a booking. Please note that refunds or cancellations will not be offered due to such noise or inconveniences.
