This apartment is located on Sukhumvit 31st Lane, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is within 15 minutes walk to BTS Asoke Station, BTS Phrom Phong Station and MRT Sukhumvit Station so that you can easily reach any place in the city where you want to go. It is also convenient to walk toTerminal21, Emquatier, Benjasiri park etc. Supermarket and other types of stores around this area.

It is within 15 minutes walk to BTS Phrom Phong Station, BTS Asoke Station and MRT Sukhumvit Station so that you can easily reach any place in the city where you want to go. It is also convenient to walk to restaurants, supermarket and other types of stores around this area.
1 kingsize beds and 2 Queen beds for each room have been prepared well in this apartment and can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition, you can enjoy the a swimming pool, gym inside the building. For those who like to cook, we have a pretty open kitchen and have equipped with basic appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, tableware for 6 people and almost everything you will need for cooking. Moreover, free Wifi, bath towels, small towels, iron, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry, rice cooker, kettle, slippers, clothes rack are also prepared well for your stay.
A house guide will be sent to guests after the reservation confirmed, including such as, instructions about how to get to the apartment from Airport and how to use the appliances in the apartment.
All beds in the room will only be fully prepared for the max guests number, in other words, for 5 people. If you need additional arrangements, please contact us in advance.

IMPORTANT: The amenities of the building, which includes but not limited to the pool and fitness center, undergo maintenance and cleaning at times. If you are booking this listing with a plan to use the amenities, it is best to confirm with me first if the amenity is available for use, before proceeding with the reservation. Otherwise, booking this listing would mean that you agree to keep the booking even if the "special amenities or features" of the building is under some cleaning or maintenance on the dates of your stay.
The residents/unit owners/building management do some renovation and repair works in their unit or building from time to time. Since the noise and other inconvenience will be out of my control, please take caution when making bookings.
Free pick-up and drop off service are only for bookings made more than 48 hours from checkin and guests who sends the request more than 24 hours from pick-up time.
- Front desk and lobby are for residents/owners only.
Staying in the lobby is not allowed as the building management imposes penalty on this.
- Please seek assistance from me only. The condo is not a hotel. The front desk and lobby staff doesn't manage my rooms. I have my own staff who will assist you so please message me here or contact my staff on the number given in the house guide if you have any concerns regarding check-in or anything about your stay

Bryan’s place is located in the main part of BKK (Sukhumvit), which is very conveniently located to public transportation and the main attractions. He was very proactive during our stay from arranging for the airport from/to and check-in and out. I would highly recommend his place for a family of 4 or more or big groups. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to stay at Bryan’s place and I would not hesitate to book again. Bryan was a wonderful host.
