我们入住的别墅位置很方便，离芭提雅市中心很近。别墅干净漂亮，特别是竹编的家具很有特色。房间挺大，也很整洁。配置的寝具也很舒服。四个房间的配置适合大家庭，性价比很高。计划下次过来（12月）还预定这里。房东也很友善，帮我处理快递问题，回复很及时，谢谢了！

About the property
- Siam is a warm-toned private pool villa in the Thai Lang estate, Pattaya. The whole house is wrapped in tropical oranges and corals — the dining room features a full-wall palm mural against a sunset-orange backdrop, paired with a wooden dining table and a woven chandelier. The bedrooms carry the same warmth, with red and ochre bedding and peacock-fan wall accents — rich and inviting, like stepping into a Southeast Asian golden hour.
- The private pool is sun-drenched by day and lit up at night for a different mood, with a sculpted lounger poolside for unwinding anytime. The open-plan living area has a billiards table and a large TV, leading out to a BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry, WiFi, and daily cleaning are all included — everything you need for a perfect holiday experience.
- Four bedrooms (3 King + 1 Queen), three en-suite bathrooms, sleeps up to eight, with 24-hour security. Seafood restaurants, the Night Bazaar, and Pattaya Beach are a short ride away. Airport pickup, car rental, and Thai massage can be arranged anytime.

- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. A fine of 2,000 Baht will be charged if smoking is detected.
- Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
- Please keep the volume down during the night.
- No musical instruments.
- Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.
- For dinner or parties, please wash all tableware after use. If left unwashed, an additional 1,000 Baht cleaning fee will be charged for housekeeper service.
- No pets, drugs, or unregistered outside guests.
- Please help maintain the cleanliness of the room.
- Housekeeper service is available from 11:00 to 21:00 (non-24-hour). Please contact us in advance if you need assistance.
- A deposit of 5,000 Baht is required before check-in. Any damage to items must be compensated accordingly. The deposit will be refunded after check-out.

Nothing bad to say. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean. The bedroom was luxurious with a super comfortable bed, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa with high-quality amenities. Every detail, from the lighting to the décor, created a calm and exclusive atmosphere. We also loved the quiet surroundings, giving us complete privacy throughout our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist without being intrusive. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with top-tier comfort, this pool villa is truly perfect. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return!
