House rules
- Only towels for the number of people listed at the time of booking are provided in the room.
If there are any changes in the number of guests, please contact us via message. Also, it is prohibited to have anyone other than those who have made the reservation stay overnight. Please note that if we confirm that more people are staying than the number of guests booked, an additional fee will be charged.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be punctual.
If your departure time or room usage affects cleaning, an additional fee of 2,000 yen or more per hour will be charged.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
Please also refrain from smoking around the building or in the parking lot.
- Shoes are strictly prohibited.
Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering your room.
- Please maintain quiet conditions at night.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties, playing musical instruments, and commercial photography are prohibited.
- Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when leaving your room.
- Please help us separate your trash.
In addition to burnable trash, please separate bottles, cans, and plastic bottles.
- Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have bulky trash.
- Please do not remove any items from your room.
: If we discover any violations of the above, we will charge you an additional fee.
Thank you for your understanding.
- For long-term stays (one month or more), we do not require a deposit. Therefore, you will be required to sign a "Fixed-Term Building Lease Agreement" and a "Facilities Confirmation Form" (repair responsibility).
