- Located about 30 minutes from the Karuizawa area, this villa is a place where you can fully experience the four seasons. Enjoy golf in the spring, summer sports in the summer, the natural scenery in the fall, and skiing and soaking in hot springs in the winter. You can experience all of Japan's resorts from this villa. The property is also surrounded by greenery, so you can fully enjoy nature from your window.
- The rooms are equipped with modern furniture and the latest appliances, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious stay in this villa. The spacious dining room is equipped with karaoke and a TV, so you can enjoy karaoke or a movie in the great outdoors without worrying about your surroundings. Remote work is also recommended while gazing at the greenery from the living room.
- There are three bedrooms. The Western-style room has two single beds, and the Japanese-style room has three futons, so up to eight people can stay. Small children are also welcome.
- Barbecues are possible on the wooden deck.
- All the necessary electrical appliances, such as a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots, hair dryer, washing machine, and kettle, are fully equipped, so you can feel at home.
-After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a prepared house guide. It includes directions and information about electrical appliances, so even first-time visitors to Kitakaruizawa will feel at ease.

-BBQ Set Rental: Rental fee: ¥6,000 (includes a stove for 4-6 people, tongs, gloves, charcoal (up to approximately 5-6 kg), fire starter, lighter, and a Weber grill)
*Food not included.
-Please refrain from using the tableware in the kitchen to avoid damage or injury.
-Paper plates, disposable chopsticks, and paper cups will be provided only for the number of people, so please bring your own spares and condiments.
-Please separate your trash and clean up the area around the BBQ space after the BBQ. (In the Tsumagoi area, plastic bottles are also considered burnable waste.)

- Please close the windows to prevent odors from entering the room.
- Fire extinguishing method: Simply close the included lid. Carbon dioxide will extinguish the fire, so don't worry.
- BBQs using firewood are prohibited within the area as they may cause a fire.
- Please be sure to wear outdoor slippers when going out onto the balcony. *If you use indoor slippers, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
- Please note that if dirt and trash are not separated, the cleaning company will charge an additional fee.

-When using the stove or fireplace, please be careful not to get burned. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any injuries.
-All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation.
-Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out
-Since it is a mountainous area, there is a possibility that only some channels will be displayed on the TV.
-If there is any damage inside the room or if the trash is not separated, we will charge you separately.
-Smoking is prohibited in the entire house.
-There are balconies. If you are with children please do not let them out in the balcony alone for safety.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
-Keep the volume down during the night
-Please minimize the noise after 10 pm
-Fireworks are prohibited
-Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave the house
-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use
-Only those who have made a reservation can move in.
-Party is prohibited

-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinsing
-Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.
-If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more) since we do not charge a security deposit, so guest who makes a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility). Please be aware of this before making a reservation.
