House rules
-For environmental reasons, we offer complimentary towel replacements, but please be advised that changing bed linens, such as sheets, will incur an additional charge.
And only one cleaning service will be performed at the time of check-out.
If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please contact us through the reservation website. (Additional charges apply)
-All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation.
-Check out time is strict. 3000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out
-Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it will be a nuisance to the surrounding residents.
-Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
-Keep the volume down during the night
-No musical instruments.
-Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leave the flat
-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use
-No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.
-Party is prohibited
-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse.
-Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.
- If you have oversized trash (suitcases, etc.), please be sure to contact us in advance. If we have to dispose of them, we will charge you a separate fee.
-If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more) since we do not charge a security deposit, so guest who makes a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility). Please be aware of this before making a reservation.

The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house.
After, sending the information above, I will send you the house manual that has all the information of the following:
1. Transportation from Airport to the nearest station
2. The nearest station to Apartment (with street view photos)
3. Key location and check-in instructions
4. Appliance and amenities instructions
