-Please take off your shoes at the entrance. -Keep the volume down after 10 pm.-No musical instruments. -Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat -Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use -No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse. -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.
-Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house.

1. Full Name

4. Passport copies
The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house.
After receiving the information above, I will send you the house manual that has all the information of the following:
1. Transportation from Airport to the nearest station
2. The nearest station to Apartment (with street view photos)
3. Key location and check-in instructions
4. Appliance and amenities instructions

Han was very responsive the entire time and always responding our messages almost instantly! This is not my first visit to Tokyo and I have to say Han’s place is very big for a Tokyo hotel / BNB standard. It is not cluttered and we able to fit two luggages fully opened! The bed is comfortable, we had comfortable sleep and felt very cozy! I love the bathroom and the washing machine was handy during summer time. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it is exactly how it was picture and described. Location is very convenient and there’s scooter right outside. Thank you Han for the wonderful host and will definitely stay again!! Highly highly recommended :)
