House rules
* Check-out time is strictly enforced. A late check-out fee of THB 600 per hour will be charged if you check out after the scheduled time.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please ask us for the designated smoking area. A THB 5,000 smoking violation fee will apply.
* Please remove your shoes before entering the apartment.
* Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime, to respect our neighbors.
* Musical instruments are not permitted.
* Please turn off all lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.
* Please wash all dishes, cookware, and utensils after use.
* Pets, illegal drugs, and unregistered visitors are not allowed.
* Please help us keep the apartment clean and in good condition throughout your stay.
* Fire Exit Notice: The fire exit is for emergency use only. Unauthorized use may result in a THB 5,000 penalty.
