For reservation with 2 guests, it will be prepared upon request (with extra charges). -Please take off your shoes at the entrance. -Keep the volume down after 10 pm.-No musical instruments. -Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat -Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use -No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse. -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. -Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house. * Guest Registration is required: Hosts need to prepare the following for Lodger’s Registry Book: 1. Full Name 2. Home address 3. Occupation 4. Passport copies The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house. After receiving the information above, I will send you the house manual that has all the information of the following: 1. Transportation from Airport to the nearest station 2. The nearest station to Apartment (with street view photos) 3. Key location and check-in instructions 4.
