Thank you for your understanding.) -Futon bedding will only be set up if the maximum number of people is booked. Also, towels will only be provided in the room for the number of people at the time of reservation. -Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times. If early check-in or late check-out exceeds the specified time, 3,000 yen will be charged per hour. (An additional fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.) -It is prohibited to let anyone other than those who have made a reservation stay overnight. -Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it will cause inconvenience to the surrounding residents. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. -Parties are prohibited. -Pets are not allowed. -Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous. -Please note that you cannot stay unless you make a reservation on Airbnb. -Please cooperate in separating garbage (burnable garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage, and bulky garbage). -Please keep quiet after 10 p.m. -If you use kitchen utensils or room equipment, please be sure to return it to its original state. -Please do not take anything out of the room. -Please turn off the lights, air conditioner, heater, etc. when you go out. -Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have bulky garbage (suitcases, etc.). If disposal is required, we will charge you an additional fee. If you leave it in the room without contacting us in advance, we will charge you 10,000 yen in compensation. -If you make a long-term reservation (one month or more), we will ask you to sign the "Fixed-term Building Lease Contract" and "Facilities Confirmation Sheet" (repair responsibility) as there is no deposit. *We are obligated to report guest information to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare under the Inns and Hotels Act. Excellent stay! Don’t hesitate to book! Pros: We stayed in the orange apartment, and it was very large for Tokyo. It had two bedrooms (three queens) with a divider wall, a tatami room, and two full bathrooms. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, well appointed (but no coffee, oil, salt or pepper for those of you who cook) and is better than described. The location can’t be beat. It is a five minute walk to the Asakusa metro stop, and another 10 mins through markets to Senso-ji Temple. There is a Starbucks across the street that opens at 7am ;). There is also a full market a block away to buy groceries. The combo laundry worked great but does take a while. Con: No Security. Anyone can go to any apartment floor without a key card. What’s odd is the tv screen outside on the street where you can stand and watch people in the elevator go to their apartment (not great for security/privacy). They should move the tv screen to the lobby. The area seemed safe so we weren’t too worried.

The location, the host and the property was perfect for our large family. Multiple train stations a short walk away - convenience stores and restaurants also close by. The Asakusa area was a great base for our first trip to Tokyo, Japan. Beds were really comfy, there was also enough room for all of our bags - two toilets & showers and washer/dryer a bonus! The property had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond on any queries ahead of the stay and the hotel staff during the stay were super helpful!

Super nice space for a group! The beds are very comfortable & the dividers make separating the rooms very easy. Especially enjoyed the tatami. Thank you for an amazing stay!
