House rules
-Towels will be replaced free of charge only if requested by the hotel management staff in order to operate the main building in an environmentally friendly manner. If sheets or other bedding need to be replaced, a fee will be charged. In addition, cleaning will only be performed once at check-out. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us through the reservation site. (An additional fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.)
-Futon bedding will only be set up if the maximum number of people is booked. Also, towels will only be provided in the room for the number of people at the time of reservation.
-Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times. If early check-in or late check-out exceeds the specified time, 3,000 yen will be charged per hour. (An additional fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.)
-It is prohibited to let anyone other than those who have made a reservation stay overnight.
-Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it will cause inconvenience to the surrounding residents.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.
-Parties are prohibited.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous.
-Please note that you cannot stay unless you make a reservation on Airbnb.
-Please cooperate in separating garbage (burnable garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage, and bulky garbage).
-Please keep quiet after 10 p.m.
-If you use kitchen utensils or room equipment, please be sure to return it to its original state.
-Please do not take anything out of the room.
-Please turn off the lights, air conditioner, heater, etc. when you go out.
-Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have bulky garbage (suitcases, etc.).
If disposal is required, we will charge you an additional fee. If you leave it in the room without contacting us in advance, we will charge you 10,000 yen in compensation.
-If you make a long-term reservation (one month or more), we will ask you to sign the "Fixed-term Building Lease Contract" and "Facilities Confirmation Sheet" (repair responsibility) as there is no deposit.
*We are obligated to report guest information to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare under the Inns and Hotels Act. All guests must submit the following documents. Thank you for your cooperation.

*If you are a Japanese national and do not have a passport, please take a photo of one of the following: driver's license, health insurance card, or My Number card and send it to us.
After we receive the above information, we will send you a house guide containing the following information.
1. Directions from the airport to the nearest station
2. Directions from the nearest station to the room (with photos)
3. Instructions on how to receive the key and check-in instructions
4. Explanation of room facilities
