WHILE USING THE BBQ!
・Do not use indoor kitchen tableware outside (breakage prevention)
・Sort trash; wipe and put away used tables/chairs
・Wildlife: separate all food/odor items and store indoors (outdoor scattering → additional cleaning & emergency fees)
・Odor control: keep windows closed during cooking (indoor odor → deodorization & emergency fees)
・Extinguishing: close the lid to smother the fire (CO₂ extinguishes)
PETS
Up to two small pets are allowed. An additional fee of JPY 4,400 (tax included) per pet per night will be charged.
・Pets must wear diapers at all times (entry into bedrooms and Japanese-style rooms is prohibited).
・Please bring your own pet supplies such as pet sheets, waste bags, and food (no cages are provided).
・If pets are brought in without prior notice, or if the number of pets exceeds the declared number, a penalty fee and deodorization cleaning fee will be charged.

1. Check-in / Check-out
Please observe the set times. Late check-out is charged 2,000 JPY per hour.
2. No smoking / No shoes indoors
Use outdoor slippers on the balcony. Using indoor slippers outside will incur a cleaning fee.
3. Registered guests only
Only the guests on the reservation may stay. Using more linens/bedding than reserved may incur additional charges.
4. Do not move furniture
If you move anything, return it to its original position. A moving fee applies if not restored.
5. Cleaning fee = basic turnover only
Excessive dirt, stains, or odors will be billed at cost and reported via Airbnb.
6. No removal of indoor items
Do not take furnishings or amenities outside the property.
WINTER SAFETY!
Use heaters and stoves with care to avoid burns or fire. Guests are responsible for safe operation; the host cannot assume liability for accidents.
