- For dinner or parties, please wash all tableware after use. If left unwashed, an additional 1,000 Baht cleaning fee will be charged for housekeeper service.
- No pets, drugs, or unregistered outside guests.

- A deposit of 5,000 Baht is required before check-in. Any damage to items must be compensated accordingly. The deposit will be refunded after check-out.
