-Check out time is strict. 3000yen per hour will be imposed if you are late for check out-NO SMOKING in the room. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance. -Keep the volume down after 10 pm.-No musical instruments. -Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat -Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use -No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse. -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. -Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house. -The building's residents, unit owners, or management may conduct renovation or repair work from time to time. As this may cause noise or other inconveniences beyond my control, please be aware of this when making a booking. Please note that refunds or cancellations will not be offered due to such noise or inconveniences. * The Hotel Business Act requires us to collect information about our guests.
