There is a pool but need to shared with 2 house. So far the experience is nice but just not need to look into too details.

About the property
- Sol is a warm, golden-toned private pool villa in the Thai Lang estate, Pattaya. The whole house is built around the colour of sunlight — the dining room has a yellow wooden table with dried flowers and a woven pendant light, the bathroom pairs yellow-striped tiles with brass fixtures and a freestanding coral-red bathtub, and each bedroom wall carries blue-and-gold geometric art. Warm but never saccharine, like the colour temperature of afternoon sun.
- The private pool sits in a white-walled courtyard, with a circular in-ground soaking tub beside it — a slower pace, a cup of coffee, a different rhythm. The kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry, WiFi, and daily cleaning are all included — everything you need for a perfect holiday experience.
- Three bedrooms (2 King + 1 Queen), accommodating up to six guests, with 24-hour security. Seafood restaurants, the Night Bazaar, and Pattaya Beach are all a short drive away. Airport pickup, car rental, and Thai massage can be arranged anytime.

- Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.
- For dinner or parties, please wash all tableware after use. If left unwashed, an additional 1,000 Baht cleaning fee will be charged for housekeeper service.
- No pets, drugs, or unregistered outside guests.
- Please help maintain the cleanliness of the room.
- Housekeeper service is available from 11:00 to 21:00 (non-24-hour). Please contact us in advance if you need assistance.
- A deposit of 5,000 Baht is required before check-in. Any damage to items must be compensated accordingly. The deposit will be refunded after check-out.
