House rules
-Only the number of towels corresponding to the number of guests at the time of booking will be provided.
-This property is the host’s residence, not a hotel. Please note that concierge services, daily cleaning, and room service, as found in hotels, are not available.
-Please strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out times. A late check-out fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) per hour will be charged.
-Guests other than those who made the reservation are not allowed to stay.
-Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone not listed on the reservation.
-Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property, including the balcony and under the ventilation fan.
-Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.
-Parties are not allowed.
-The balcony can be dangerous for small children, so please keep them away.
-Staying at this property is only possible through a reservation made on Airbnb.
-Please separate your trash properly (burnable, non-burnable, recyclable, and bulky waste).
-Be extremely cautious when handling fire.
-If you have bulky waste, please contact us in advance.
-Do not take any items from the room outside the property.
-Please keep quiet after 10 PM.
-If you lose the key, you will be charged a replacement fee.
For long-term reservations (over one month), since we do not require a deposit, you will need to sign a "Fixed-Term Lease Agreement" and an "Equipment Inspection Report" (for repair responsibilities).
-In accordance with the Private Lodging Business Act, we are required to report guest information to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism. All guests must provide the following information:
1.Full name
2.Address
3.Occupation
4.A copy of the passport's personal information page (with a photo)
Once we receive this information, we will send you the house guide, which includes:
1.Directions from the airport to the nearest station
2.Directions from the nearest station to the property (with photos)
3.Instructions for key collection and entry
4.Guidelines for using the room and facilities
