-Towels will be replaced free of charge only if requested by the hotel management staff in order to operate the main building in an environmentally friendly manner. If early check-in or late check-out exceeds the specified time, 3,000 yen will be charged per hour. (An additional fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.) -It is prohibited to let anyone other than those who have made a reservation stay overnight. -Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it will cause inconvenience to the surrounding residents. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. -Parties are prohibited. -Pets are not allowed. -Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous. -Please note that you cannot stay unless you make a reservation on Airbnb. -Please cooperate in separating garbage (burnable garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage, and bulky garbage). -Please keep quiet after 10 p.m. -If you use kitchen utensils or room equipment, please be sure to return it to its original state. -Please do not take anything out of the room. -Please turn off the lights, air conditioner, heater, etc. when you go out. -Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have bulky garbage (suitcases, etc.). If disposal is required, we will charge you an additional fee.
